When Knowledge Goes Beyond The Classroom

In February and March, WASS, PennSchool, and the Sydney School organized a series of Practical Learning Field Trips, providing students across various grade levels with dynamic opportunities to explore the world and gain valuable knowledge in engaging ways.

At WASS, students immersed themselves in the beauty of art at the Quang San Art Museum and the Ao Dai Museum; deepened their understanding of science and food technology at the Yakult Factory; and enhanced their information-gathering skills and creative thinking at Independence Palace, Ho Chi Minh City Post Office, and Nguyen Van Binh Book Street. Additionally, Kindergarten and Primary WASSers got to explore the world of animals and develop their observation skills through an exciting visit to Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens.

Meanwhile, Jaguars of the Sydney School delved into the world of books, science, and astronomy at the Ho Chi Minh City General Science Library and gained insights into traditional craftsmanship at the “Passage to Vietnam” Craft Village.

Embracing the same spirit of discovery, PennSchool organized equally vibrant Field Trips, allowing students to explore historical landmarks such as Dragon Wharf – Ho Chi Minh Museum, the Cu Chi Tunnels, and the War Remnants Museum. They also embraced nature at Dragon Farm and Dam Sen Cultural Park and gained firsthand experience of production processes at Ajinomoto and Yakult factories, as well as the Nhat Huong Baking Center. These journeys not only enriched students with valuable lessons but also left them with unforgettable memories as part of the #HomeOfTheEagles.

The flexible learning environment of the members of RT Holdings has broken down traditional barriers and opened new horizons of knowledge. Here, students are not only equipped with a strong academic foundation and the ability to apply their learning to real-life situations but also encouraged to build resilience, spark curiosity, and nurture a passion for exploring the world.
