RT Holdings kicked off the school year 2023 – 2024 through the event “Embracing a New Chapter”

The Kick-off event for the school year 2023 – 2024, with the theme “Embracing a New Chapter,” took place successfully on August 1st, 2023, with the involvement of all RT Holdings teachers and staff. The full attendance has demonstrated unity and readiness for the beginning of a promising new school year.

During the information session, members reviewed the Group’s achievements from the previous school year and heard from the Board of Directors about the vision, strategy, and major priorities for the upcoming school year. These shares assist members in better understanding the company’s development strategy and how each individual may contribute to the Group’s overall success. Furthermore, policies for the upcoming school year, instructions for using the new online human resource management software, and information on departmental organization are thoroughly disseminated to all members.

For the first time, members had the opportunity to attend a “one-of-a-kind” exhibition as part of the event. To introduce their responsibilities and functions, each brand and department had handcrafted ideas and designed booths. Because of its originality and creative nature, the exhibition garnered a highly positive reception. This activity allowed members to learn more about their colleagues’ work, exchange ideas, and make helpful suggestions. Furthermore, for each opinion shared with the departments, instructors can exchange one lucky draw ticket for a chance to win valuable prizes.
