Professional Development Week at the Indochina International Education Development Group (IEDG) is the annual training program for teachers working at WASS and PennSchool before the beginning of the new school year. Due to the social distancing in HCMC during the Covid-19 pandemic, the content of 2021’s program focuses on embracing flexibility and innovating new teaching methods for online teaching. With the up-to-date information, our instructors could improve their professionalism and skills which will help to adapt to all circumstances of society and meet the requirements of today’s education.
Although the 2021 Professional Development Week took place virtually, it has been successfully organized through Webex. It is believed that the flexibility and innovation of approaches to learning and teaching would not only hit the spots from the current social context but also bring strong inspiration to students and help them to develop their intellect to reach success in their study career.
