Pink flooded throughout WASS and PennSchool during Pink Day 2023

Pink flooded throughout WASS and PennSchool during Pink Day 2023.
The WASS community and the PennSchool community, together, embraced the beloved message and put their hands on the backdrop as they pledged to prevent the bullying at school. The WASSers and the HomeOfTheEagles also participated in various activities to find out the meaning of this special day, including sharing meaningful messages through handwritten cards, attending seminars, and decorating message boards in their classrooms.
The violent situations at school affect students’ learning ability and mental health. WASS and PennSchool hopes that these activities will help students understand the importance of treating others well, thereby building a safe learning environment and proactively preventing school violence.
By wearing pink clothes, WASSers and HomeOfTheEagles contributed 10,000 VND to the school’s fund – Light Up The Future. The total amount raised from this event will be used for the four community service projects that PennSchool is implementing, including “Knowledge for the Highlands’ Students”, “Updating Digital Technology to Students in the Highlands”, “Accompanying with the next generation to gain knowledge”, and the “Bridge of Love” to help students at schools with many difficulties in Na Co Sa Commune, Nam Po District, Dien Bien Province.
Let’s look back at the meaningful activities on Pink Day at WASS and PennSchool!
