In 2024, the F&B industry in general, and the alcoholic beverage business/service market in particular, has gradually shifted towards promoting products that are beneficial for health to keep up with the tastes and needs of customers.
Grasping the market changes along with the trend of “healthy chill” among the youth, AmCollege – a unit under RT Holdings, successfully organized the workshop “Be Healthy at the Bar!” on March 16, 2024, at 240 Tran Binh Trong, Ward 4, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, with the goal of providing participants with a more detailed perspective on the current trend of healthy alcoholic beverages.
The event attracted dozens of young mixology enthusiasts. The workshop took place in a bustling atmosphere filled with laughter due to the humor and friendliness of Mr. Cao Bao Nguyen – Dean of Bartending Faculty at AmCollege. Here, Mr. Cao Bao Nguyen introduced and guided the participants in creating a unique yet easily accessible drink called Herbal Life.
Ingredients such as lemongrass, basil, cucumber, and Beefeater Gin created the perfect Herbal Life cocktail – a drink that provides a refreshing and healthy sensation, crafted from health-beneficial green ingredients combined with an enticing alcoholic base. The workshop resulted in the young participants discovering a type of drink that captivates the palate with the fresh aroma of herbs and leaves, yet remains captivating enough to leave one satisfied.
