Before embarking on the journey to inspire students in the academic year 2026 – 2027, the faculty and staff across RT Holdings schools gathered to fully “recharge” their professional drive through the annual Professional Development (PD) Training Week.
Every new horizon begins with a single step. For students, the journey of shaping their future officially commences on the first day of school. But for the educators and staff at RT Holdings, that journey kicked off in early August. Long before guiding the next generation toward knowledge discovery, our teachers take the lead – continuously learning, innovating, and perfecting themselves.
The annual PD Training Week serves as a multidimensional collaborative space for all teachers and staff of WASS, PennSchool, SISS, and WASS Kindergarten. Here, they align on strategic directions, master cutting-edge pedagogical methodologies, and proactively exchange insights on student leadership development models. These in-depth academic sessions transformed the training week into a vibrant space for intellectual growth, helping every staff refine their teaching repertoire to deliver dynamic, highly engaging classrooms.
Beyond academic mastery, the energy of PD Training Week surged through a series of lively icebreakers and team-building challenges. These activities provided a wonderful platform to reinforce institutional culture and extend a warm welcome to new members joining our big family. The synergy between the rich experience of veteran faculty and the fresh energy of incoming educators built a unified, cohesive team – fully primed for the breakthroughs ahead.
