On August 3, 2026, teachers and staff across RT Holdings gathered at the 127 Le Van Duyet Campus to connect at the Academic Year 2026 – 2027 Kick-off event, themed “Rooted in Excellence. Growing with Purpose.”
From the opening moments of the Kick-off, the atmosphere came alive with a series of unique experiential booths. This multi-dimensional space allowed members from various schools and departments to connect, learn from one another, and share inspiring professional stories from their respective departments.
Beyond these lively bonding moments, the Kick-off provided a meaningful pause for the RT Holdings community to reflect on its over 23-year journey of growth and development. The event offered a comprehensive look into the foundational values built over the years while clarifying strategic directions and core targets for the upcoming journey.
During the event, the Board of Leadership highlighted the pivotal strategy for the academic year 2026 – 2027: focusing on consolidating internal strength as a springboard for breakthrough advancements. RT Holdings identified four core pillars: elevating educational quality, developing staff capabilities, optimizing operations, and accelerating technology integration. With a solid academic and operational foundation, RT Holdings’ growth will enter a sustainable, purpose-driven trajectory – aimed at better serving education and delivering practical value to the community.
During this special event, the community updated about key organizational restructuring updates and met the management team who will guide RT Holdings through challenges and ambitious goals for the academic year 2026 – 2027.
One of the most touching and proud moments was the recognition ceremony honoring individuals and collectives for their enduring dedication to the organization’s growth. The recognition trophies served as a heartfelt thank-you to the silent “firekeepers.”
Continuing the inspiring momentum, the afternoon sharing sessions provided updates on revised HR policies and campus safety regulations. An interactive trivia game followed, helping reinforce key information while bringing joyful laughter and strengthening camaraderie system-wide.
