A summer brimming with unique and fascinating experiences awaits children as they set off on a journey around the world filled with excitement and discovery.
On June 10, 2024, WASS Kindergarten officially began the Summer Camp 2024 with numerous lively activities. With the theme “Summer Camp – A Ticket Around the World,” the Summer Camp 2024 will transport little WASSers across the 6 continents allowing them to play, learn, and explore the vast world of knowledge.
On the first day of Summer Camp, the students were warmly welcomed by their teachers in an enthusiastic atmosphere, meeting new friends and enjoying a joyful learning experience. Through engaging in “ice-breaking” activities such as creating name tags, making animal shapes, and coloring, the little WASSers got to know each other and showcased their creativity, leaving a unique impression on one another.
Additionally, on June 17, 2024, WASS, PennSchool, and SISS simultaneously kicked off their Summer programs with the theme “Welcome to Summer Camp 2024: A Jubilant Exploration Around the World,” welcoming nearly 700 students from both within and outside the Group. The opening ceremonies were held at the campuses of 43 Nguyen Thong, 10 Ba Thang Hai, and 157 Ly Chinh Thang, filled with the joy of students aged 5 to 13.
Furthermore, students also experienced a vibrant multicultural environment with booths featuring the distinctive characteristics of countries around the world. The children received gifts, took commemorative photos, and familiarized themselves with their classes and new friends through fun activities such as making name tags, fingerprint decorations, and masks. They also enjoyed decorating their passports to capture memorable moments throughout the summer and participated in various continuous games or danced to traditional songs. All of this helped them overcome initial shyness and get accustomed to the environment and new friends.
