On August 8, HR Asia Magazine held an award ceremony to honor the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia”, with 130 Vietnamese enterprises receiving the recognition award. With the theme “The Definitive Z Choice – Stepping into the New Era with Generation Z”, HR Asia Award aims to honor outstanding enterprises in recruiting and retaining young talents, fostering a diverse and dynamic work environment to become the top choice for Gen Z – the future’s energetic and creative employees.
To achieve this award, RT Holdings and other enterprises underwent rigorous evaluation rounds based on the Total Engagement Assessment Model, which assesses core elements such as Core (strategy, structure), Self (individual), and Group. This milestone marks the second consecutive year that the Group has received this award, reaffirming RT Holdings’ commitment to fostering a happy, dynamic, and inspiring work environment for all employees.
