Amid the busy pace of year-end plans, the Schools across the system still take time to come together to honor and reward teachers with outstanding achievements in the “Innovative Teaching Awards 2025”.

Organized with the aim of encouraging teachers to enhance their professional capacity, the “Innovative Teaching Awards 2025” provides an opportunity for educators to reflect on their teaching journey, rekindle their passion for the profession, and renew their mindset through innovative teaching approaches. According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Long, Head of the Teaching Quality Assurance Department (TQA) at RT Holdings, throughout one month of implementation, the competition attracted more than 100 high-quality submissions from teachers across WASS, PennSchool, Sydney School, and WASS Kindergarten. The projects addressed practical teaching challenges, including the development of students’ social-emotional competencies, effective integration of information technology, and innovation in teaching content and methodologies.

The evaluation process also presented considerable challenges for the Assessment Panel, as each project carried its own distinctive identity, showcasing innovative ideas and the strong professional character of the participating teachers.
At Sydney School, the project “From Shy to Shine: Empowering Young Presenters” by the teaching team consisting of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue, Ms. Le Nguyen Thuy Tram, Ms. Tokyas Linda Gabriel, and Mr. Robinson Aucila Rubio Jr. impressed the Judges and was awarded First Prize. In addition, the projects “The Happy House Project” and “The Memory Deck – Flip and Learn” also achieved high rankings in the final results.

At WASS Kindergarten, the First Prize was awarded to the project “Multisensory Math Lab: Engaging Preschool Learners through Touch, Sound, and Movement” by Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc. The Second and Third Prizes were respectively presented to the projects “Learning by Playing – Playing through Learning ” and “Mission: Discovery!”.

Maquizo, and Ms. Lovelle Frasco, with First Prize for their project “ChemC++: Innovating Chemistry through Code”. Additionally, 5 other projects with impressive themes were recognized with Second and Third Prizes of the competition.

Among the 6 highest-rated submissions at WASS, the project “From Light to Movie” by the Light Up Crew, including Ms. Dao Thi Ngoc Anh, Ms. Tran Thi Thao, Ms. Vo Hong Tu Minh, Ms. Le Thi Minh Hang, and Ms. Bach Thuy Trang, outstandingly claimed the top award.

Beyond the main prizes, the Organizing Committee also recognized notable entries in special categories such as: Most Creative Idea, Most Inspiring Project, Best Technology Integration, Best Teaching Materials, and Most Popular Project.

At the same time, all participating teachers received certificates of participation, acknowledging their dedication, creativity, and meaningful contributions to professional development at RT Holdings.

The submitted projects are not only creative achievements but also valuable resources, contributing to the development of RT Holdings’ internal repository of innovative learning materials and educational products that can be scaled and shared across the Group. Through this, the competition continues to foster a positive culture of professional engagement, encouraging creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning among teachers.
