IEDG is proud to organize the Virtual College Fair, a significant Post-High-School Education Exhibition, on December 18, 2021, via the world’s leading webinar platform, Easy Virtual Fair.
The exhibition lasted 9 hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and successfully attracted around 1,000 students from WASS and Pennschool Middle and High School, the two international school systems of IEDG Family, as well as several high schools, colleges, and universities across the country.
The event was a good chance for participants to actively seek information about their interested fields and learn how to hunt for full or partial scholarships with high values to map out a suitable study path in the future. Additionally, the students were very eager to attend webinar sessions with diverse topics on career guidance after high school, for colleges, career counseling orientation matching individuals’ capacities and interests, information about the most attractive occupations in the current recruiting market, and more.
On top of that, the event invited many experts from Leading Universities Worldwide to share useful information to the Students’ enthusiasm. The talks referred to dual training programs for undergraduate level and several types of abroad studies for those who wish to work and live in Australia, Canada, the U.S.A, England, and other countries afterward.
With the participation of more than 60 leading universities in the world, such as The University of Sydney, University of Manchester, University of South Florida, University of Windsor, etc. and many prestigious international universities in Vietnam, the Virtual College Fair has marked another significant milestone on the journey of innovation in career counseling in terms of methodology and format for Vietnamese students. Accordingly, the optimal platform, Easy Virtual Fair, has contributed to bringing out such an eye-catching and lively online education exhibition with the largest scale in Vietnam ever.
In the year 2022, IEDG and its members, which are WASS, PennSchool, Indochina Study Abroad (ISA), will continue to organize a series of Exhibitions & Workshops on career counseling and study abroad via Easy Virtual Fair to help students choose the suitable paths for their next journeys after high school, and equip them with necessary information about their interested universities.
It is IEDG’s ambition to make way for the approach to the top-notch post-high-school education programs in the world to accelerate the integration process with international education, and the quality enhancement of the young Vietnamese workforce.
