In January 2026, PennSchool welcomed 31 student teachers from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, marking the beginning of their first professional journey in a modern and multicultural educational environment.

Developed with a strong focus on experiential learning, PennSchool places emphasis on well-designed learning spaces, educational technology, and flexible teaching approaches. Within this setting, student teachers have the opportunity to observe and actively participate in daily teaching activities, from lesson planning and classroom facilitation to monitoring and assessing students’ learning progress.

The academic environment at PennSchool is open and multicultural, shaped by a diverse community of local and international teachers and students from various cultural backgrounds. Practicing in such an environment allows student teachers to broaden their perspectives, strengthen communication and adaptability skills, and explore different educational approaches. These experiences help nurture flexible pedagogical thinking that aligns with the context of globalized education.
Throughout the internship period, student teachers are encouraged to actively apply their academic knowledge in real classroom settings, gradually developing their own teaching styles and professional manner. Participation in homeroom responsibilities, collaboration with mentor teachers, and involvement in professional activities provide valuable insights into the multifaceted role of teachers in today’s school environment.

By accompanying student teachers throughout their practicum, PennSchool, in particular, and RT Holdings as a whole, hopes to build a meaningful bridge between university training and real-world teaching practice. For these young educators, the internship is not only a period of professional training but also a starting point to become familiar with the teaching profession, gain hands-on experience, and nurture a lasting passion for the educational path they have chosen.
