As part of the Talent Summer Camp 2023, the Culinary Camp for Teens had successfully provided students with a memorable summer filled with enriching experiences in the fields of bartending, cuisine, baking, and IELTS. It is noted that this collaboration among the entities under RT Holdings, including TDA, AmCollege, and Penn Academy, has brought about the success of the camp, receiving enthusiastic responses from Parents and students aged 13 to 18 across Ho Chi Minh City.
Over the course of 6 weeks, the Culinary Camp for Teens has enabled students to explore their potential, develop new interests, cultivate scientific eating habits, and enhance their comprehensive English language skills. Specifically, the students have:
– Explored the preparation of various Western and vegetarian cuisines, such as Pasta Carbonara, Pesto Pasta, Beet Soup, Omelette, Apple Cider Salad, Baked Potatoes, and more.
– Immersed themselves in the vibrant world of multicolored cakes, including renowned treats like Panna Cotta, Korean-Style Cream Cake, Tiramisu Trifle, Passion Mousse Cheesecake, Mango Mochi, and others.
– Unleashed their creativity in the dynamic realm of nonalcoholic beverage bartending, crafting beverages like Soda, Milk Tea, Fruit Tea, Fruit Juices, Smoothies, Mocktails, and more.
– Made significant progress in their English language proficiency through the cultivation of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills in an international standard environment.
– Acquired essential life skills, fostered independence, and developed a team spirit.
– Enjoyed the freedom to create their own dishes, desserts, and beverages according to personal preferences and styles.
– Been provided the opportunity to experience various professions, explore passions, and venture into new fields.
Not only limited to talent summer camps, TDA will continue to foster valuable contributions through numerous programs and beneficial courses in the academic year 2023 – 2024. Furthermore, the success of the summer camp once again affirms the comprehensive nature of the training program and the strong interconnection among the entities within the RT Holdings ecosystem. This will also serve as the foundation for the Group to promote a collaborative training model among the units, aiming to deliver high-quality programs suitable for a diverse range of learners.
