Back-to-School Reflections from Our Inspiring Teachers
As we enter the academic year 2026 – 2027, teachers across RT Holdings share the same feelings: the excitement of welcoming students back to school, the joy of meeting new students, and a deep love for teaching. Let’s listen to the heartfelt thoughts of our teachers – from the fresh energy of new joiners to the warmth of experienced staff and the thoughtful insights of school leaders.
Every new beginning comes with a bit of hesitation, but the caring and supportive culture at RT Holdings quickly bridges any distance. This feeling is clearest among new teachers joining the RT Holdings family. The warm welcome from the Boards of Pricipal and dedicated support from colleagues create a comforting environment for teachers as they start their new journey.
With the nervous yet energized feeling of a newcomer, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Van (Homeroom Teacher of Class PWA-7D at the Western Australian School System – WASS, 157 Ly Chinh Thang Campus) was deeply impressed by the professional working environment and dedicated mentorship right from her first days at RT Holdings and WASS:

“During my early days at RT Holdings and WASS, I clearly felt a dynamic, positive, and professional working environment. The most memorable highlight was the Kick-off event – a meaningful opportunity for teachers and staff system-wide to connect and strengthen solidarity.
Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by the approachable leadership team and the clear, well-structured procedures at WASS. More than just a workplace, I deeply value the dedication of my direct manager, who has closely guided me, generously shared professional experience, and created every condition for me to adapt quickly. This companionship serves as a powerful motivation for me to confidently grow every day.”
Having been through many back-to-school seasons with RT Holdings and the Sydney School System (SISS), Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (Teacher at 127 Le Van Duyet Campus) still feels the exact same emotions when looking back at her first days here. That initial warm welcome became a solid support, keeping her passion for teaching alive throughout her journey:

“During my first days at RT Holdings and SISS, what made me feel warmest was everyone’s friendliness and supportive spirit. I am truly grateful for the enthusiastic support from the School Directorship and my fellow colleagues, who were always ready to share, guide, and assist whenever needed. This genuine closeness makes me feel that SISS is not just a workplace, but a community where everyone supports one another, strives together, and progresses together.
Throughout my time here, I appreciate RT Holdings even more for continuously creating opportunities for teachers to learn and enhance their expertise through workshops, training sessions, experience sharing, creative competitions, and other professional activities. Each experience brings us new ideas and continuous self-improvement to best support our students and parents.”
Bridging the educational philosophy of RT Holdings and PennSchool through the reflective lens of a long-time literature teacher now serving in a management role, Ms. Nguyen Tuong Vy – Head of School – shares deep, contemplative thoughts on the mission of touching hearts and empowering students to stand firmly on their own feet:

“Over a year ago, when I first joined PennSchool, I brought the habit of someone with nearly twenty years in literature: I preferred observing quiet moments after school rather than looking at achievement charts. I still clearly remember a student staying late in the library just to finish an unread book, or colleagues gathering together to figure out how to help a student with emotional difficulties. Those simple moments, nowhere to be found in formal reports, gave me complete faith in this shared home.
People often say literature is about imagination, while educational management is about rules. But to me, both meet at one point: patience with people. A child cannot automatically have a “grand vision” if they lack a solid cultural foundation and a safe sense of support underneath their wings. To help students shape their future aspirations, the first thing a teacher must do is help them stand firmly on their own feet, value themselves, and empathize with the world around them.”
Looking ahead to the academic year 2026 – 2027, the passionate teachers at RT Holdings continue to dedicate their heartfelt wishes toward bringing happiness to their students:

“Wishing the Board of Leaderships, teachers, and staff of RT Holdings and WASS great health, joy, and energy. May the academic year 2026 – 2027 be a resounding success, opening up memorable journeys and new milestones for our school, teachers, and students.”
Ms. Nguyen Thuy Van (Teacher at WASS)

“Wishing SISS a new school year filled with joy, laughter, and memorable achievements. May our teachers maintain their passion, remain energized, and cherish many proud moments throughout the 2026–2027 journey. And to our students, may you always be confident, happy, and shine in your own unique way!”
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hue (Teacher at SISS)

“I hope that with each day coming to school, our teachers maintain their patience in listening to students, and our students find true joy in every page they read. Wishing our RT Holdings family a new academic year approached with peace, resilience, and an abundance of love.”
Ms. Nguyen Tuong Vy (Head of PennSchool)
The journey of educating minds is never easy, but when the passionate heartbeats of our teachers unite as one, every challenge becomes an opportunity to serve. Closing these emotion-filled reflections, the academic year 2026 – 2027 officially commences with renewed energy. Youthful enthusiasm, enduring experience, and a humanistic educational philosophy will remain the beacon illuminating our path – empowering the RT Holdings family to confidently lead our students toward new heights and fruitful success.
