
On December 13, WASS organized its Open Day under the theme “Discover WASS: 15 Years of Learning”. The event provided an opportunity for WASS to introduce information about new academic programs planned for implementation in the academic year 2026 – 2027, while also hosting a school tour to showcase the School’s facilities, including classrooms, specialized learning spaces, and modern sports areas. In addition, Open Day served as a platform for the School to showcase the outstanding academic achievements of WASS students.

During Open Day, Parents and students had the opportunity to meet and engage directly with the Board of Principals, explore the modern campus through engaging tours led by WASS students themselves, and participate in the entrance test and a wide range of inspiring experiential activities.

Open Day allows parents to directly “see, hear, and experience” the learning environment at WASS. Through these first-hand experiences, trust and connection between families and the School are naturally established and strengthened”, Ms. Lam Quynh Nhu – Head of Admissions and Customer Care for the Australian Program (AU) shared insights on the role of Open Day events in student recruitment.

Ms. Quynh Nhu added: “During Open Day events, the Admissions Team serves as the key liaison connecting Parents, students, and the School. From the preparation stage, the team is involved in developing the overall plan, defining recruitment messages, and identifying target Parent groups. The Admissions Team also works closely with the Board of Principals, the ID, Marketing, Operations, and other related departments to ensure a seamless, consistent, and professional experience for parents”.

Beyond being an individual activity of a single unit or department, Open Day (also known as Open House at PennSchool) is one of the key strategic initiatives within the educational ecosystem of RT Holdings. Open Day events organized across RT Holdings share a common objective: to create authentic connection spaces where Parents and students can directly experience, engage in dialogue, and build trust with the School.

By listening to feedback, staying updated with educational trends, and drawing practical insights from each event, RT Holdings continuously improves and enhances the quality of its experiential Open Day events to better meet the increasingly diverse needs and expectations of Parents and students.
Each Open Day thus becomes a meaningful “touchpoint” – contributing to the dissemination of educational values, reinforcing brand credibility, and opening inspiring learning journeys for future generations of students. Open Day is not limited to a single event day, but serves as the starting point for a sustainable partnership between the School, parents, and students, while also reflecting RT Holdings’ long-term commitment to investing in educational quality and the holistic development of learners.
