The Sports Day to kick off the House System, themed “Pieces of One: Together We Stride”, brought an energetic start to the academic year 2025 – 2026 at Sydney School (SISS). Through a variety of fun and challenging rounds of competition, the event created a meaningful playground for Jaguars, where students not only strengthened their physical abilities but also developed essential social skills.
More than just a day of games, Sports Day vividly reflected Sydney School’s commitment to holistic education – helping students enhance their physical fitness, strategic thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills. Every cheer, every relay stride, and every shared pass between the Jaguars filled the atmosphere with energy and enthusiasm. Each round of competition was an intense yet meaningful battle, through which students learned to appreciate their teammates’ efforts, respect their opponents, and embody the spirit of fair play – a true reflection of the School’s core value of “Respect” in all educational activities.
Behind those energetic sporting moments were the thoughtful preparation and dedicated support of Sydney School’s teachers and staff, who helped create a safe, healthy, and joyful sporting festival for all students.
Sports Day was more than an athletic event – it was a celebration of connection, perseverance, and leadership. It also beautifully embodied the School’s theme in this academic year: “Stride with Heart – Lead with Grace”. Through this meaningful platform, the School encourages students to develop their leadership potential, nurture a passion for sports, and strengthen connections. At the same time, the event contributed to realizing RT Holdings’ goal of building an ideal learning environment that values connection, encourages healthy competition, and enables every student to develop holistically.
