To kick off the academic year 2025 – 2026, the Professional Development Training Week created an open space where teachers from each School system could come together to discuss and grasp the School’s renewal strategies and plans. It was also an opportunity for all educators to enrich their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and adopt innovative teaching tools. Beyond that, teachers shared their professional insights, turning every lesson into an engaging and inspiring experience for students.
Alongside in-depth sharing sessions, the training integrated dynamic team-building activities, filled with intellectual challenges and energetic games. These activities not only strengthened team spirit but also served as a warm welcome to new members of the community.
Through this training week, both long-standing teachers and new faces of RT Holdings joined hands in nurturing the spirit and core values of each School. Together, they are building a learning environment full of inspiration and care, where students feel confident to pursue passions, develop talents, nurture ambitions, and conquer new heights.
