Shaping the Future with Career Day: Shaping Ambitions, Inspiring Futures
To guide WASSers toward suitable career paths, WASS organized a Career Day event themed “Shaping Ambitions, Inspiring Futures” on November 22, 2024. Students were encouraged to come dressed in outfits that represented their dream professions, from doctors and engineers to flight attendants and chefs. The event was further enlivened by engaging games and activities that allowed students to explore various tools associated with these professions.
To deepen their understanding of their strengths and potential, WASS high school students engaged in insightful discussions and shared presentations on their chosen professions and future aspirations. Through engaging discussions and presentations, students explored their strengths and passions, offering valuable insights into the professions they would like to pursue.
Experience the Vibrant World of Spirit Day: ‘Rainbow of Dreams – One Team, One Spirit’ at WASS Kindergarten
On November 12, 2024, WASS Kindergarten transformed into a sea of color as they celebrated their annual Spirit Day, themed ‘Rainbow of Dreams – One Team, One Spirit’. The little WASSers donned their brightest outfits, with each class showcasing a unique hue—from yellow to orange, green to brown. This colorful display from each class contributed to a bright and lively Spirit Day celebration.
Adding to the excitement, activities such as Aurora Assembly, The Magic of Colors, Color Cascade, and Little Dance of Colors, along with many other innovative activities, gave WASSers the chance to express their creativity, immerse themselves in a vibrant world of colors, and foster collaboration with their peers. These memorable experiences made November’s Spirit Day a huge success and contributed to a more enriching and joyful school experience.
Join the Jaguars in Performing Small Acts of Kindness on Kindness Day
The theme ‘Kindness Is a Blossoming Flower’ came to life on Kindness Day as the Jaguars dressed in floral attire, transforming the School into a vibrant garden. With heartfelt letters of gratitude and appreciation, the Jaguars spread kindness and positivity to their loved ones.
Through their involvement, SISS students learned that kindness is cultivated over time. By writing heartfelt letters, students contributed to a heartwarming Kindness Day, where they planted the seeds of kindness through small acts. The message resonated clear: kindness is a small seed that everyone can plant, and it will blossom into beautiful flowers that brighten our lives.
At the end of Spirit Day, students not only gained new knowledge but also strengthened their friendships. Through exciting activities, they created beautiful memories and meaningful moments. Hopefully, these experiences will equip them to grow, become global citizens, and contribute to a better society.
